With data volumes expected to skyrocket to 181 zettabytes by 2025 and AI workloads projected to increase by over 400%, the need for balance between technological advancement and sustainability is more pressing than ever. It was a wake-up call to the reality that data centers could contribute up to 3.2% of global carbon emissions by 2025 (as highlighted by Nature). This emphasizes the urgent need for sustainable data management solutions.
Throughout the event, meaningful conversations were sparked around AI, data privacy, security, and governance. We were also excited to offer a glimpse of our AI-driven, self-service data management software, which is designed to tackle data complexity while promoting sustainability.
